I want something like that for a "Stellaris in Fantasy": a map procedurally generated each time you start a game, a complete customization of your starting empire (races, government, philosophies, culture) and randomly created other empires to fight for, making each game unique, all baked in enough Fantasy tropes to make something quite coherent but letting players build their own story. Like, Stellaris is perfect because it took all the SF tropes and put then unto a blank canvas with enough space left to the player imagination. The map never changes, the starting diplomatic situation is always the same, you always have the same countries, and you can basically only custom your own ruler. The details can (and should) change, but what prevents me to truly enjoy other Grand Strategy historical Paradox games is that it's always so. I want a "Stellaris in fantasy" in the sense that I want a game that has the same customization potential than Stellaris.
